Booking and Payments:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the cycling tour.

Full payment is due by 5 work days before the tour start date.

Payments are accepted through visa card, master card, bank transfer and online payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 5 days before the tour start date are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 to 2 days of the tour start date.

Tour Modifications:

The tour itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or safety concerns.

We reserve the right to modify the tour schedule and accommodations as necessary, providing alternatives of equal value.

Participant Responsibilities:

Participants are responsible for ensuring their fitness level is suitable for the cycling tour.

Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the tour leaders.

Any medical conditions or dietary requirements must be communicated in advance.

Insurance:

Participants are strongly encouraged to have travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

Minimum Participation:

The cycling tour is subject to a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not met, the tour may be canceled, and participants will be notified in advance. Contact us for updated required minimum number of participants for a tour you desire to join.

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or political unrest, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour. In such cases, refunds will be subject to our discretion.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards fellow participants, tour leaders, and local communities.
