Upon your arrival, our team will warmly welcome you at Kilimanjaro International Airport and ensure a smooth transfer to Weruweru River Lodge near Moshi town, nestled at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Your experienced guides and maintenance team will introduce themselves, provide a briefing on your Ngorongoro Cycle adventure, and conduct a personalized bike fitting session.

Depending on your arrival time, we may arrange for a quick test ride through the nearby coffee plantation and surrounding villages.

Today’s ride unfolds from the lush southern side of Mt. Kilimanjaro to the arid western side, offering breathtaking views. Traverse through coffee and banana plantations, entering the Maasai Lands, home to the nomadic Maasai people. The journey includes both dirt and tarmac roads, concluding at the Osiligilai Maasai Lodge for an overnight stay.

Today you will have a scenic ride from West Kilimanjaro to Arusha city, passing through Ngasurai open plains, a migratory path for elephants. Experience the transition from dirt roads to the main tarmac road, with Mt. Meru as a backdrop. The route takes you through a coffee estate before reaching the Tembo Club.

Today’s journey covers the longest distance, mostly on tarmac roads. Pass through villages, towns, and open plains before diverting to a dirt road leading to Roika Tented Lodge near Tarangire National Park. The lodge offers a refreshing swimming pool to unwind after a rewarding day of cycling.

Cycle through wildlife corridors between Lake Manyara and Tarangire National Parks, enjoying views of the Great Rift Valley. The day includes dirt and tarmac roads, with a stop at Migunga Tented Camp for the night.

The final day features a challenging yet rewarding ride. Cycle from dirt to tarmac roads, ascending the Great Rift Valley escarpment.

Enjoy a breathtaking viewpoint overlooking Lake Manyara National Park before reaching the Ngorongoro Conservation Area entrance. After a celebratory toast, relax at your overnight accommodation.

It’s an early morning start for your drive into the Crater in the purpose-built 4×4, YOU’ Il get a packed lunch, Once through the gate, it’s 20 mins or so up onto the crater rim where you can see down into the vast crater, You will then drive along the rim before descending down to the floor to explore the vast natural amphitheater.

You will spend a good number of hours in the crater,What are you likely to see? Zebra, Wildebeest, Buffalo are there in herds, Hippos will be in their ‘pools’ and there are Ostriches, Giraffe, Hyena,Foxes, Antelope, Elephant, and Lion too, Viewing of the latter group will depend on the day, Given that these are wild roaming beasts, no sighting of any specific animal is guaranteed,Once you leave the crater, you willdrive back to the Moshi area and stay overnight.
